Decent enough name, better than Non Trier, for sure?

    However, hope this one isn't:

    2:45 Doncaster - Storm Rock e/w

(My Saturday flutter. Good a chance as any I guess. Fairish draw so must hope it'll go well).

<laugh> definitely. Absolute friendless in the market, 13/8 last night...out to 10/3 now with the Johnston horse Dusker and the Hannon newcomer Tomily being heavily supported.

Interesting both New Trier and Dusker have Elusive Quality in the breeding. Elusive Quality is the sire of Dusker whilst also being the Dam's sire of New Trier (Cliquot).

The betting is often the best guide with these as you know, look forward to seeing which way this one goes and if the market has it right.

I love Maarek and although he'll love conditions he's a hard horse to get fit and he'll be sharper for this run. Still hope he can it down

Rank day outside so it's a day in the pub- having a few wagers to make things interesting!
Navan-West Bridge/Thebarrowman/Road to Riches treble 11/2.In 4.05 He's Our Vinnie looks to have the beating of the fav and can score at 9/2
Newbury 2.35-Tour Des Champs looks value at 4/1 after winning impressively at Plumpton lto.Fingal Bay is a horse I love but his best days may be behind him so is worth taking on here
Donny 2.15-I wouldn't normally be arsed having a bet in this type of race at this stage of the flat season but Skybet are money back if your horse finished 2nd/3rd or 4th.With that said I will be siding with Keystroke who is a c&d winner, will like soft ground and had a spin at Wolvy a few weeks back which should have spot on here.
Belardo/Create a Dream double looks tempting at 9/2
Switching codes I fancy Arsenal/Stoke/West Ham all to win 9/2.
    Good luck with your wages

Fair form boost for Sutter County there at Kempton with Stringybark Creek coming out and winning well enough.

Is there a worse feeling as a punter when the horse you back gets boxed in and then gets chinned on the line:mad:

High drawn runners fair well at Donny as seen in the first but the ground looks bad too today. Done Keystroke in the first which wasn't good but in this second race I'll have a go ew on YOURE FIRED.

It is a popular myth that the Grand National is a license to print money. In fact, the Grand National is the bookmaking industry’s annual window to potential new clients and is usually a loss leader.

The betting patterns on the Grand National see millions of once-a-year punters having lots of each-way bets on the race so the bookies effectively end up paying out on four winners as most professional punters give the race a miss. In the next week you can expect the bookmakers to be advertising all sorts of “fun bets” such as prices on groups of horse just to finish the course. Some will even be paying on fifth place in the hope that anybody they can sign up will come back and bet on other things.
