    This 3.25 at Southwell I done a rev fc earlier on MOON RIVER and PHILBA

    Was looking good until about a furlong to go.

    Frank got in his car this morning drove all the way to Lingfield and as we know had instructions to sit just off the pace, and yet when the horse showed willingness from the stalls he decided to take a huge pull and leave his mount plum last at Lingfield. The horse travelled well but was never going to win from there. In all likelihood he would not have won no matter how he was ridden as the winner looked above the rest and won easily despite running green, the annoyance however is that Jamie just consistently does this and denies horse and punter the run they deserve, should have kept his promise of retiring in my view. He now gets in his car after his one ride and drives home again - surely Jamie you have better ways of spending your days?
