According to The Times this morning, the following European citizens would no longer have automatic right to play for us. If we left the EU and wanted them to play for us we would have to appeal. This would affect Koscielny Rosicky Arteta Monreal Flamini Bellerin Gnarby Coquelin Could lead to problems..
They would still have to apply, register, fill the forms, take the test, it's not like it would take them 1 day to get the passport.
The prem would have to change the rules. Would just end up being a normal work visa the company has to apply for. Very common outside of football
Of course it wouldn't take one day I never said it would but it wouldn't be to hard for the players with the support of arsenal
I thought Brexit was some sort of new breakfast cereal. Like lucky charms for instance but instead of marshmallow, it would be Brussel sprouts, or sprins, depending on your particular euro persuasion. If you type Brexit using phone predictive text it comes up with Brecht instead. Quite ironic I thought.
See I thought this too but probably for different reasons. I imagine you see them via a UKIP viewpoint whereas I chortled at the idea of Rosicky, Flamini, Arteta and Gnabry being held up as players we'd miss. PS I'm back. Everyone got over their annual meltdown and now looking forward to next season yet or do we need a couple more months?
If anyone makes their voting decision on the EU based on how it will affect their football team, then that person needs to be strung up and beaten like a Pinata.
Oh no, they might have to fill out a form! Any EU citizen here will be fine, they're 'protected' by the 1969 Vienna convention.
