None of these, but I do recall an incident where he elbowed someone in the back of the head, failed to get anywhere near any International success then berated fans for their "poor" support.
Good effort. He is a disgusting player that is true. Vile, chav pig. Sadly most English players are now. Too much money, too little brain.
So has Gerrard. Neither has Gerrard. Did he? I don't recall this, I do recall Gerrard almost leaving though similar to what Rooney did earlier in the season.
Has Gerrard stomped on players while they are laying on the floor? Or deliberatly kicked out at a player because he is frustrated? Rooney is nothing but a thug in a football kit.
So I have added in the stats for your "missing season" and according to my albeit rough workings out based on your stats above, it comes to Lampard 24.4 Rooney 23.1 Still a good effort by a striker but behind lampard. Wonder why you missed a season
Ahh so sometimes he gets a little angry while playing, at least he is passionate. He's gone a long way in calming down anyway, when was the last time he got red carded again?
No Englishman has had international success for nearly half a century, and Ingerlund fans are some of the worst I can think of so criticising them for their lack of support is spot on. Who cares what the players do at international level anyway?
Ok. So when Gerrard lashes out is it ok ? or will you just ignore that and point to what Rooney has done ?
Did I say it was okay? It's irrelevant anyway as he isn't a dirty player anymore or anywhere as near as he was. Didn't Gerrard get sent off against United last year for a horrific attempt at a sliding tackle... A lot of players lose it sometimes, Rooney does it far less than he used to and barely at all nowadays.
See, I don't have to defend Gerrard because he doesn't lash out and if he does I admit it's a dirty move. Or maybe I should just go "Oh well, at least he is showing some passion."
Seriously?!? The main reason for that was if you go to 7 years you can't really compare to Ronaldo, who only played 6 years. But ok, over his whole time at the club Rooney has 102 goals and 60 assists, total 162, average 23.7. Over Lampard's whole Chelsea career he has an average of 19.9, Drogba has an average of 21.8, Fabregas at Arsenal has 14.4, Torres at Liverpool had 22.6, Gerrard has 13.3 (ignoring his first season as he didn't play all the games). Rooney still top. Happy now?
Wasn't that the game where your lot was also gifted a penalty in the first 3 minutes of the game? Hardly a horrific challenge either, both players slid for the ball in the same fashion, Gerrard got singled out.
