Soon, someone will tell us how many years inside he'll actually do.

    • Debra Fox
Johnson must also pay £50,000 towards the prosecution costs.

Not likely mate, he'll do the full 6 if he can't keep his beak clean.

The judge has stated he must serve a minimum of three.

I don't fancy his chances of appeal going off what that judge has just told him by the way. Remorseless, wrecked her life, he had a chance to plead guilty... I wouldn't even bother.

That's what i am waiting for, obviously the judge feels that the punishment fits the crime and who are we to argue.

Really? That would be such a shame wouldn't it!

I thought most of those sentenced only did around half the time given, for different reasons, dependent on the type of crime.

    Serves the bugger right!!

Sounds good to me, if he can stay out of trouble for 3 years surrounded by lads who will no doubt worship the ground he walks on because of his riches, then I'll be very surprised.

i was thinking the way the judge was summing up it was going to be a hefty one.

Yeah, I thought you meant how many years he will actually do, not the minimum he has to do... only time will tell whether he ends up doing his full stretch. I'm sure money could play a part mind.

I was thinking he'd give 5 years when he said it was an A1 category crime.

    He gave a bonus year!!

If the verdict appeal fails can they increase the sentence like they can if you appeal the sentence?

I'm not sure mate, he's presented his grounds for appeal, if they don't justify a review then he'll just get told to **** off anyway.

If he's got valid grounds for appeal, I'd be surprised.

i think the judge was a mag and he gave him 6 years, 1 year for every time we beat the mags.
bet Johnson is glad we only drew last week.

Windy is saying he'll do 5 and a half years minimum, no early release for good behaviour.
