Get Diame off at half time, the ref's been totally mugged off over a couple of totally honest tackles. Get Sone Fellover off too. Abel and Akpom have sat on the naughty step, time for them to show what they're capable of.

The **** kicked the ball away. Nothing soft about that. Was 100% a yellow.

I was expecting him to get away with it.

We've miscontrolled the ball a few times I noticed and so lost the ball.

As Middlesborough are trying to get Diame sent off it's a risk keeping him on anyway.

One thing an attacking coach could help on is telling our players when to shoot and when not to.

No we haven't. We've defended well. Fullstop. We have been pretty crap in midfield and absolutely shocking up front. But what do you expect with 6 midfielders and no strikers on the field.

Sone Aluko would be so much better if he stayed on his feet .. Mind you they all would, just get on with the bloody game.

Yep, not bad at all really. Some funny comments as usual. Huddlestone seems to be the player he used to be which is encouraging, Jake not at his best though I think. Moving Snodgrasses position made us more of a threat towards the end of the half. Could sneak a win here with Abel coming on later, Aluko has done OK for me too, given us another dimension in the forward areas making runs that the comm. rightly pointed out Hernandez doesn't and putting a decent defence on the back foot at times.

    Deffo.

Abel for Diame please, SB. Only way we'll keep 11 on the park.

Aluko has made a couple of runs in the centre circle and on the left wing, he's supposed to be our "main" striker so I would suggest that's absolutely useless and maybe he should try harder towards the goal.

With Hernandez there's always a chance he'll score because at least he heads towards goal. Plus he's had absolutely no service because Bruce hasn't a clue.

If you think Aluko has been good, you're watching a different game to me.

Yeah he kicked it away, but McG was wasting time & him screaming at the ref made him give a yellow.
Soft yellows as in no bad tackles so far!

<laugh> Wherever it is, it's in my livingroom on telly. Wonder if we're watching the same game ? Bad decision maybe, but for a change a decision was made. We've been complaining a lot about slow build-up and lack of attempts. We've had a few in the first half for a change.

Why are you not going for it?

Only Robertson and Aluko want to take the ball forward... and when they get there they pass it back.

We're so bad at heading the ball. I know I keep saying this but I keep noticing it. Every promising cross always spins off our attacker's head and well wide. Never a clean connection.
