Unbelievable shergs! The minute he just re balanced himself I said to our kid he's alright, he's coming! When he wasn't himself he looked so fragile but today there was that swagger about him
What a ride by NDB on SS.....fantastic for him especially after losing his mother recently soooo happy for him and connections
Yeah he certainly showed his class today, no one can accuse him of being a bridle horse now. A great result for the sport
I along with other oldies like Swanny, DID see Arkle, and he was awesome. But ..... he never captured the publics imagination like SS has. At least not on these shores anyway. I'm so glad I've lived long enough to have seen some amazing National Hunt horses, but this has absolutely made me season
Forgotten horses? Dodging bullets? Sorry, meant Sprinter Sacre!!!! What's that other horse called again???!!!!! Top notch stuff that, well done to all who kept the faith and 5/1 too!!!
UDS was the last horse in my last two ante post accumulators. Had single on Sprinter ante post aswell as sprinter/cue card double. I'd have one more off the accas obviously but I couldn't give two ****s about that am so happy with Sprinter winning, what an animal and may just wet myself if Balthazar King wins the next!
We've seen something very, very special today people. Amazing performance from Mr Henderson to get him back to that - stunning
Unbelievable, I didn't think I'd have the same feeling of when another King won at Haydock Park in the Betfair Chase and yet here we are today watching that unfold in front of our eyes. Magic moments and they don't come around that often.
Stuff CANTLOW I am going long on my old mucker BALTHAZAR KING after that. I have always told anyone who would listen that he is "best fresh"!
The highlight of the whole meeting for me is undoubtedly Sprinter Sacre regaining his crown! The best two mile chaser since 1980? Well done to the team at Seven Barrows in nursing him back to win at the Festival for the third time.
So unusual for a horse to win a race for the second time after a gap of 3 years. I remember Cyfor Malta winning the Massey Ferguson after a gap of 4 years but a rare occurrence.
