Russell 99% sure of being on Don Poli imho. Yesssssss! (No offence Cooper LOL)

Caught the ML this morning, did Cooper kind of sound a bit reluctant (in fact nearly pissed off) when he said who he was on??? Didn't sound that convinced to me...

Thoughts on the Weld runners today? His Bumper horse FIRST FIGARO in particular looks interesting but I'm also tempted to throw VIGIL (1.30) into the old Lucky15!

I'm also intrigued by these, so I've stuck them in a L15 E/W along with two of Mark Walsh's mounts, Le Curieux in the 4.50, French trainer, but a little digging show's that the owner is JP, plus Waxies Dargle in the 2.50 as the T/J combo is about 57%, plus it's Meades only festival entry, plus it's also owned by JP.

I'd be more interested if the races were in Galway ;)

    Scoop 6/Lucky 63 for me:

    1:30 - Yanworth 6/4
    2:10 - More of That 7/4
    2:50 - Rock The Kasbah 12/1
    4:10 - Josies Orders 11/4
    4:50 - Campeador 9/1
    5:30 - Augusta Kate 9/1

Also got Yanworth and UDS in separate ante post accas. Am on Sprinter Sacre ante post single and doubled up with Cue Card Friday. And have also backed Balthazar King as i have backed it every time it has run and am not going to leave it alone now even though i think it might be destined for 2nd today!

I realise that Ruby has chosen Bacardys, but I'm all over Augusta Kate in the Bumper. It isn't a race to go over the top with, but sometimes I get a bit carried away!

Elsewhere, I like Mullins' runners Voix Du Reve in the Fred Winter, and Bello Conti in the Coral.

Josies Orders is a snip for the X-country, and for mainly sentimental reasons, I have burdened Sprinter with my sixpence in the CC!

And although Yanworth looks a stand-out in the opener, I've sided with the forum's fattest trainer's Hunter's Hoof at 20-1 ew

Yesterday was pretty good by my standards, so I'm fully expecting to bomb out today. Thinking about it, Wednesday Chelts is always a bad day!
    Good luck all <ok>

Anyone see the footage on RUK of the spigot left in the ground during the Champion Hurdle? One of the groundstaff looks to have left a 2ft-ish pole in the ground about a metre off the rail near (I think) the 4th last. Ruby seems to have spotted it as he corrected Annie Power around it, but jesus that could have been a nasty incident. Apparently Cheltenham are investigating what happened.

I have £25 win on VIGIL at 25/1 with SkyBet. If it loses I will try to put the free bet refund on a winner!

Sorry but how is 5/2 for a horse in the crazy never ending cross county race of all races a steal? Even backing it at 5/1 would be a huge risk, it's on a par with the national

The Neptune is a weak looking race bar the front two in the market. I'm screaming boil over if Yanworth isn't chased home by Yorkhill.

I saw it too Princess, just coming around the home turn. Had to look twice on the old sky+. Could have been very nasty indeed.
