"Hello Mummy, I'm back from baby sitting at the Grove's. I confess to being a tad perplexed however, Mr Grove had yet another suspected flat tyre and, as has become the norm, insisted that I assist with changing the spare wheel. I must say I have become somewhat accomplished at this task as it has happened quite frequently of late! What is of concern is the fact that although Mr Grove appears to have no trouble at all walking or driving he insists that he can't do much to help with changing the wheel due to an old war wound.

This results in me having to do all the hard work while Mr Grove stands behind me and supervises. The end result ends up with me bent down on all fours trying to loosen his nuts. During this activity I could have sworn I heard Mr Grove say something but when asked he said that I shouldn't worry and that he was just mumbling to himself.

Still, it is all worth it to look after his adorable if somewhat pale children. That basement playroom of theirs must have cost a King's ransom! Nighty night"

"Hello Mummy, that Mr Grove is certainly a man of the world. Not only is he first class at instructing me on car maintenance but he's also a keen Herpetologist. Just the other evening he said that he kept a snake in his trousers of all places! I am however at a loss to discover exactly what sub-species he was referring to and despite checking all my vetinary literature I have found no mention of a One Eyed Spitting Cobra."
