You can't have it both ways PISKIE. History or current? Spurs are currently in a better position than Arsenal (Arsenal than Liverpool) but Arsenal have a better history than Spurs (Liverpool than Arsenal).
Actually currently Arsenal are the FA Cup holders, have a better stadium, more fans etc... Spurs are a few points ahead of us in the table part way through the season, I'd say we are still in a better position as a club
So to surmise. Arsenal current FA cup holders chasing a record 3rd consecutive win, with 13 league titles and 12 FA cup titles = current and historical success Liverpool, no current success, poor league position. Historically successful but trophies are as old as the Ark = dusty historical success. Spurs, no current success, no major trophy for 25 years, no league title for 54 years = Nosferatu hiding away in the shadows.
If you're writing off Liverpool's trophies then most of Arsenals don't count either #canthaveitbothways I'm not arguing about who is bigger, I'm merely pointing out that your "shadow" discussions with HIAG is hypocritical since you class Arsenal as bigger than Liverpool. You do seem to be selective so to what counts and what doesn't. My point is, stop using trophies as a argument as to why Arsenal are bigger than Spurs. Arsenal's recent trophy haul is poor. Two 'on a plate' FA Cups don't change that.
How could we have run out of ideas when you went down to 10 men? We scored 2 goals after you went down to 10! As for if you had 11 men you are confident you'd have finished the job off...you have failed to beat us in the league for 2 seasons...with 11 men...so it kind of means little really.
