Their players are on (another) day off today, they get more time off than John Wayne's safety catch that lot.

I doubt you'll see Mac in a Sports Direct Mac again, whether Benitez takes the job is another matter.

The latest gossip is a contract until the end of the season with the option of 3 years if they stay up.

If Rafa`s making all sorts of demands for control, bringing his own people in and such like, it`s a hell of an upheaval for what might be ten week job.

Not saying it`s true but if it is correct it might go a long way to explaining the boardroom hesitancy.

Maybe the delay in sacking McClaren and installing Rasta as their new manager is because they want that Maggie Byrne bird on their board to do the dirty work as she did such a fantastic job at SAFC.

Well to put you in the picture Gordon, you have highlighted my lack of grammatical correctness more the once and most of the time I havent got a clue as to what you are on about. I went to some very bad schools in my time which ended when I was 14 and I went straight into manual work and remained in such until I retired.
I have not had the benefit of a "good " education and am a very poor speller and a trifle dycslexic to boot. I enjoy this forum very much, not everything is too my taste but please stop making fun at others expense it isnt clever after a while. If you must persist, then explain the error and we will all benefit from your wisdom.

Does grate after a while Gordon. Us dyslexics get a terrible ride off you sometimes. There's no problem with my vocabulary, but putting it into writing is challenge with every post. I'm a shameless ****, but that's just my personality flaw. Other dyslexics will fear posting for piss taking on what's a sensitive matter for them. I know you're just joking Gordon, it's very much your humor and I get this, but it will upset folk from time to time which I get too.

    See both sides here.

The only spelling mistakes that get on my tits somewhat are when people repeatedly spell their own players names wrong, Whickham and Whatmore spring to mind. It depends on the name and how long they've been here though, something like Khazri I'm not sure of myself.

Gordon, I'd genuinely appreciate a bit of help with apostrophe's as I'm crap at knowing when to use them, I feel I'm slinging them round at random sometimes. So if you feel like pointing out my apostrophe mistakes then I'd find it useful.

I hope Beardsley is in charge for a couple of games. That will be an interesting team talk for the foreigners.
