All 3 of my flights over the last 2 days delayed - as I mentioned yesterday, that one wasn't a big deal. Today, I just thought the airline that sponsors Exeter was taking the piss.
Morning all, mild, but damp and blowing well here. I see that the Scottish economy did rather badly last year with Whisky sales falling year on year. If you look at the shelves in the supermarkets here you will see many different bottles, but none of them come from Scotland. There is a lot sold in France, but the ones from north of the border are just too expensive, so cheaper imports from all over the place are for sale.
Morning all from a bright, sunny but chilly Bandit Country. Granddaughter was transferred to GOSH last night and doctors are meeting this morning to review the data. Initial view last night was that her Stenosis is not as bad as initially thought, so they reviewing the options this morning.
It's incredible what they can find out before a child is born these days. Hope it goes well for all concerned.

Morning all, sunshine and showers here, forecast to last most of the day. Spring must be here as Gardeners World returned to it's Friday night slot on TV. Makes me want to get out and doing things, but I will not get a soaking just because of the time of year.
Good morning all. A sprinkling of snow in this part of Leafy Bucks. A family luncheon this afternoon and hopefully I shall attend this late afternoon's game if I feel up to it. Still on the inhaler and as it's a bit cold it may well be prudent to stay in the warm. It will be my first venture out of the house for two weeks with the exception of attending various medical appointments and the post box around the corner to send a snottogram to the club regarding the UGT seat saga (for all the good it will do, I expect to be ignored at worst and rebutted at best). Hope you recover properly this time Long standing baby sitting commitment today so cannot go to the game but thankfully my niece supports us too so Sky sports won't have to take a back seat to Peppa Pig - amazing how bribery wins over five year olds! Terrific lunch at Buon Cibo with first class service. The football was, of course a bit meh but that's how it goes. Thanks for the well wishes, I've felt proper rough this year but to keep it all in perspective it has been temporarily quite unpleasant and even a little bit frightening at times but hardly life-threatening or life changing. Something to chat about all the same and I really hope no one else gets the nasty bug I've had.
