The safety target this season could well be 36 points - so home wins against Norwich & Villa could see us safe.
I think you're right Roof. I reckon this was the most important night of our season....I'm betting we'll have another crack at this ****er next season
Saw this on Planet Swans The tweet of an Arsenal fan Follow please log in to view this image prannav @PRVNNAV when I die I want wenger to lower my coffin so he can let me down one last time.
Great to see that Shelvey was captaining Newcastle tonight If you want a laugh watch Stoke's goal tonight....Captain Shelvey strolls around while his team mates strive to win the ball back. Newcastle are going down for me. Can we stay ahead of Norwich and Sunderland? Must not lose to Norwich.
What an outrageous choice of captain. Someone who is lazy, sulks and argues with his own team mates should never in a million years be a captain. Its as if they give it to anyone at some clubs.
It was a gamble making Shelvey captain - I think they wanted to see if the responsibility would boost his performance. FAIL
Some great tunes there Terror! I honestly don't think we'd have been so positive last night with Guidolin in charge. Does anyone disagree? We were pressing them from the off and looked hungry. Yes, of course we rode our luck and most teams have to do that to beat a top team like Arsenal but the big difference this time? WE WERE BRAVE! We have to keep this attitude for the upcoming games. Play timidly and we'll get what we deserve. We've got the players to hurt the opposition so send them out to hurt them!
It wasn't the points although they were super important , it was the manner in which we went after the points and the ragbag lot that went after them ......never been so proud of the spirit shown when the chips were down .
