Only saw MOTD so can't comment on whole game, but Flanno's passing is so good for a full back. It's the one area from when he first came into the team that has really improved. Fast, forward, accurate... the ball he played into Milner in the 2nd half was brilliant as well.
FFS... Seriously though, truly shocking isn't it? Just goes to show what I've been saying is true; he has his favourites and his dislikes, no matter the performance those views won't change. He just chucks the occasional light hearted praised for one of his dislikes in in an attempt to appear fair.
Who cares....as long as JK understands the Flanno Factor There couldn't be a more perfect example of what Klopp will look for in every player he brings in. He's the embodiment of a team player, a solid defender, good passer and always alert. The total opposite of the dross we've seen defensively over the last few years So glad he's back.
'Do not blame tiredness' Liverpool 3-0 Man City please log in to view this image Paul Ince Former MK Dons manager Posted at22:39 “Tiredness is not the excuse you want to hear from Pellegrini. You weren’t more tired than Liverpool when you won the league cup final at the weekend and Liverpool have also had a similar amount of games.” Is right Incey.
Shearer made the same point on telly and was bang on as well, not like we didn't have european football and the final plus loads of PL games
Generally agree but one could argue we rested a few players (Moreno, Lucas, Studge & Coutinho) because we have nothing to play for in the league. Of course, the counter argument is Lallana was MOTM and Flanno was a very close second.
Oh Jimmy.... I'm really hoping you are just on the wind up. Bar Lala..Flanno was one of our best players...he made the right runs forward. He broke it up high up his side...he covered his CB because we play a high line. He actually cleared in the box. He made only one stupid tackle which was a shoulder barge. And...bigger picture.. Two more defensively minded FB's meant a more secure CB pairing....and it made noooo difference to our attack. And....the ****e midfield we have didn't have to look over their shoulder as much...so supported the front? It needs proven over a number of games but if everyone does the klopp thing Flanno fits his stlye 100 times more than Moreno.
You're still up ol bestard g lol but before anyone accuses us of favouritism. This match proves one thing...on both sides. Who cares who the player is....how good do they play .....now! Top teams are ruthless...you drop form; you're out to the next hungry guy in the pack... Wage or transfer fee shouldn't matter... Once it's paid it's done... Lots of "back up" players played better than our stars. EVERY PLAYER from now til end of season should be playing for squad place. My belief that Klopp believes this is our second most expensive player ever is shining shoes....
Don't know if you've heard but I'm off work for my birthweek mate Totally agree. I don't care who the player is, what their reputation is or how much they cost / get paid. I'll judge a player on their performance and their performance only. Flanno was quality tonight, only out done by Lallana.
Here G...when house hunting have you been tempted to ask the agent to step out so you can think about it? Lol..especially on your birthday! On a serious note... How's it going...?
Asking someone to step outside around here means something very different It's time consuming and painful at times Really fed up with looking at house already. Been to ten in the last three days, got about seven more to do before the week is out and only have one possibility so far
Already sold mine (took six days and I got the full asking price) but it's early days, all the paperwork etc needs to be done. Sales agent, solicitors, and mortgage advisors etc is a bit stressful Its been bought by an investor who wants to push it through before the legal changes regarding stamp duty come into effect on 1 April - all investors will have to pay 3% on all purchases, there will be no threshold for them any more. I'll be renting it back off him on a rolling month to month agreement whilst I find a new home. Therefore, there is no rush but obviously I'd prefer sooner rather than later as I don't really want to be spending dead money. It does present me with the opportunity of overlapping homes though so I can get some work done before moving in if needs be
Mate has two teenage kids that do weekends from previous marriage...just had kid with next girl who also has teenage daughter and trying to buy a house to fit them all Better still he went from seriously hope high paid job to partner in firm leveraged on his pay. Mercy of the estate agents...and sell timing vs buy timing... Oooh... New one to add to don't do it in mitos list lol. Give my mate advice lol
It's definitely a active market atm but I think it'll calm down in the next couple of weeks. I think its the investors trying to push things through that's causing the hectic market. I've had three appointments for viewings cancelled on my so far this week because they've been sold before I got there, inlcuding the house that was top of my list before viewing #batards We have seen a decent four bedroom house in my budget not too far away though. The kids would have to move schools but they're young enough to get over it (I really didn't want to have to move them). Downside is it's quite dated. Still has a bloody back boiler in the chimney! Definitely got potential to become a very nice home though and I'm happy to work on them if needs must.
