Gosh! How could I forget Motta? Fulham meanwhile have got Baird back on loan. Their fans are highly delighted, and he'll probably play tomorrow (and score).

they crept it through somehow. not even a mention on the OS. i wish for once they just signed someone for the first team who isnt sh1t, injured or a mate of Rolands.
The OS has devoted one short sentence to the departure of Laurence Bloom for Forest, not even the perfunctory "We thank him for his services", just he's left for Forest. I imagine that Lord Haw-Haw is doing the bidding of the CEO, but this is ungracious to the point of rudeness.
CP was a huge fan of his - made mention of how fit the squad were under him several times. Some blame him for injuries, but he wasn't the physio. It's was the sports scientist.
Holmes-Dennis on loan to Oldham for the season. I don't see a great deal to choose between THD and Suk-Yung, who will be back at QPR at the end of the season. We will need THD in L1 next season, so under normal circumstances it would be better to give him the benefit of experience and coaching here at Charlton; BUT ...............................(you can fill in the rest)

Lapslie is a decent young player, he will not get anywhere near a Premiership first team . I doubt if he would get into the L1 Charlton first team but could possibly make his way through the U21's in say 18 months.
Lapslie is the type of player I always want to see succeed because of his enthusiasm and appetite for hard work. His game doesn't have any obvious weaknesses or outstanding strengths, and unfortunately this type of player doesn't seem to do as well as I hope. I don't give much credence to the story.
Interesting that Igor Vetokele can leave on a free this summer due to a relegation clause having cost the Douche €3m in the summer of 2014
