    The current Rule 7 on monthly staking is as follows:

    7. The monthly allocation must be staked in that calendar month. Any shortfall will be staked in accordance with whichever default option (see below) is selected by the member. Failure to post any bets for 3 consecutive months will result in elimination from the competition.

    I think that if no bets have been placed by a member during the current month it is probably unfair to those that risk losing their entire allocation to be disadvantaged by the current rule (as shown this week). Therefore, I'm thinking of changing it to the following;

    7. The monthly allocation must be staked in that calendar month. Provided at least half of the monthly allocation has been staked in that month, any shortfall will be staked in accordance with whichever default option (see below) is selected by the member. Otherwise the entire shortfall will be forfeited. Failure to post any bets for 3 consecutive months will result in elimination from the competition.

    Any views?

    If no-one objects the revised rule will come into immediate effect

    Sorry CB. I didn't spot that your bet isn't valid. A Heinz consists of 6 selections and you gave 5. I had the option of voiding the bet or treating the 6th selection as a void. I decided to void the whole bet as you would have been worse off with the latter.

    Wish I had lost that one. Seems like betting against wycombe is slowly pushing me up the league.
