Diame switched to the left for about 10 seconds, then he started drifting inside and deep again. Watch the game back.

Also, it isn't just the lack of a change, it's when it happens. We had an ineffective first half, so why wasn't it changed at the half, or on 50 minutes? We made one early change, but it didn't make a whole lot of difference. Why bring on Elmo at 86 minutes and not sooner? He could've brought Maguire on instead of Powell and gone 3-5-2. I'm not paid thousands of pounds to make these decisions, Bruce is and that's two home games in a row where opposition have come, parked the bus and we've failed to break them down. Presumably another 0-0 draw in the next home game would be fine by you?

Right, let me make it simple for you. You are obvious an ignorant **** in more ways than one.
    Each team has 11 players.
    A keeper, a back 4 and a couple of midfielders = 7.
    That leaves 4.
As said, the other team also has 11 players.
Simple enough **** for brains ignorant twat?
What the board needs is fewer twats like you who don't allow anyone an opinion that is different to theirs. Now how about you do us all a favour and **** off?

you havent got an opinion. You're just a whining **** who's been threatening to flounce off this board and CI for ages.
We've been winning so we get an odd post off you. As soon as we lose its sackcloth and ashes time again.

He seems to have the same in depth knowledge and insight into football as Charon. Perhaps posting on here, like Charon, is not for him.

Putting aside the pointless back and forth for a second, if anybody gets a moment, check out the atmosphere in the Eternal Derby between Red Star and Partizan. Hopefully we draw them in Europe one day, it's amazing.

Does anyone think Odubajo and Elmo down the right and Snodgrass as a '10' might work?

    No.

On Saturday I noticed that when the ball was played out left to Robertson or Clucas no one else went out to support them it was always just them two left to create something on their own. We often play balls out to the right which are obviously just going to come straight back because Odubajo/Elmo are clearly in very little space when receiving it, so they can't even consider turning with it.

I lost count of the number of times Robbo passed to Clucas in front of him, ran past him for the return and Clucas played it backwards or sideways back into midfield. The partnership is evolving, but certainly for me wasn't as good as I'd seen previously.

Clucas worked his socks off, put in one good cross in the first half, missed a very good chance to open the scoring before hitting the post, how he got MOM in the some quarters bemused me! He's a talented young player with a big future, gets in some good positions but he should have had another 5-6 goals to his credit this season, missed some sitters

Bruce constantly talks about him being young in the same breath as Robertson and Maguire. Like last year when he kept saying Tom Ince was 13. It's weird how he doesn't know the ages of certain players.

You need to go back at least 10 years for those types of games at least. Modern day football no longer has that thanks to Fifa / Uefa taking the contact out of games.

Bring back proper tackling to the game But I don't expect that to ever happen again sadly.

As for the Friday game.... it was enjoyable to a point.
