Moshiri has bought out Kenwright & Earl. Shareholding now consists of Moshiri 49.9%, Woods 18.9%, Minority shareholders 31.2%.

 

Unless Woods and the minority shareholders agree with one another, Moshiri has control.

 

Whether they agree with each other or not (and there's thousands of them) is irrelevant - they don't have a collective vote on the board.

He's in full control.

The remaining equity will be bought up over time.
