BTW the deal is £175m for 49.9%

So seems like I knew what I was talking about when I said the reports of £200m for 100% would be a rip-off <ok>

@Tobes thought it was a sound price like

Moshiri has bought out Kenwright & Earl. Shareholding now consists of Moshiri 49.9%, Woods 18.9%, Minority shareholders 31.2%.

Unless Woods and the minority shareholders agree with one another, Moshiri has control.

Whether they agree with each other or not (and there's thousands of them) is irrelevant - they don't have a collective vote on the board.

    He's in full control.

The remaining equity will be bought up over time.

It depends on what the agreement is over the debt.

....and I told you this morning - it was never £200m for 100% - as they didn't own 100% <doh>

Yeah but you also kept going on about how it would be like City or Chelsea

There's no chance of anything like that, not just because Moshiri is too poor anyway, but because you don't invest that much in something you don't own

Stop talking like a bitter ****

I never said anything of the sort, in fact quite the converse. I never expected a city type sugar daddy from this deal. As I clearly said this morning - to you!

What this man will bring is investment in both the team and the stadium. Watch as it happens love x

Can you give us some rough idea of when you expect Moshiri to put any money into the club and about how much?

    What Tobes expected:

P.S. Note how not #bitter the above is

You really are a ****ing prick lad.

You know exactly what I said to you this morning - when talking seriously about the subject, so why do you feel the need to be so ****ing idiotic on the subject now?

You're as bitter as they come.

Off out now so carry on wumming love x

  15. Maybe you should try wording things better. Only way someone has FULL CONTROL is if they have the majority shareholding; aka over half!

How the board is sep up or the shares are shared is irrelevant. He's not a majority shareholder, he's the largest shareholder.

Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo said "if we were all at my level maybe we would be leaders" after his side's 1-0 derby defeat by Atletico Madrid.

<laugh> no you'd be bottom because no one would pass <ok>

Another post where you show you don't actually watch football.

Check out the stats (you're good at that), he has quite a few assists just like Messi <ok>

Shocking headline but, if you read the article he was actually saying they missed players like Pepe, Marcello, Bale and Benzema (players he thinks of as first team like him) today.

    Leicester scraped the win today.

Big one for them. If they can just keep getting by while cl is on...well I think they can keep the gap up

    11 to go.
