Take that 110%, we'd be stupid to turn it down imo.

    Bullshit of course!

Definitely wouldn't sell Sturridge. This season shows how bad we are without him, why would you give him away.

Id rather have him available for us at 50% of the season, than potentially available for opposition.

Exactly, West Ham (for example) are a side on the up. Good manager, new stadium. Why on earth would we won't to sell them our 2 best/most expensive strikers!!

    Utter madness.

China, well that's a different matter!

Sturridge would be our best but we get what, about a third of a season out of him on average. That's a luxury we can't afford to take up a spot in our squad. Benteke, if we're generous, is our 5th best striker.

It's a tough one with Studge. He's a risk either way. Worst case scenarios are...sell and strengthen a rival or keep a crock. Best case scenarios are...sell a crock to a rival or keep a ****ing good striker.

My own opinion is that we keep him if he stays niggle free for a few months and (more importantly) only if he really wants to stay. If his heart isn't in it then that should tip the balance towards selling, if he wants to stick around and play then we take the risk. He's too good to lose when fit and on form.

As for Benteke...at least there's no such dilemma with him <laugh> Get an offer.....sell, sell, sell.

I agree with all that, Studge stays and has to stay fit and fight for a place.

Last night showed what having top class strikers can do! Arsenal could've been two up by half time with any.

Sturridge I'd keep... he's brilliant when he's fit. I'd rather have him for 15 games a season than none.

What we need to do is get a striker in who fits the system + has real quality. We can worry about Sturridge as and when he's fit.

    http://footylatest.com/chelsea-outcast-could-be-set-for-shock-move-to-liverpool/67366

Worth a punt for 5m perhaps, i remember he was doing good things with bremen before his chav move but apart from that i dont know much else.

    Also

Liverpool have been keeping tabs on Malaga's Ignacio Camacho

The Spaniard has been linked with a move to Anfield in recent weeks after he was reportedly spotted at the club’s Melwood training ground with his agent earlier this month.

Reports in Spain emerged yesterday that Malaga aren’t willing to sell their star man for any less than his reported £15.7million release clause.

But cash-strapped Malaga are in desperate need of funds and latest reports according to The Mirror, suggest they may be forced to sell Camacho for as little as £4m.

The Reds have been keeping tabs on the 25-year-old as Jurgen Klopp looks to bolster his midfield options this summer.

Daniel Sturridge says his future is at Liverpool after accusing his critics of "disrespect".
It has been reported the striker, who has played nine games this season due to injury, wants to leave Anfield over criticism of his fitness record.
"I think it is astonishing, disappointing - whoever is saying it - but that's football," said 26-year-old Sturridge.
"I am very ambitious, very determined to help Liverpool have success.
"To say a player doesn't want to play is the biggest disrespect you could ever say to a footballer," he added.

"I would probably say a lot of the things people say about me aren't true," Sturridge said before Thursday's Europa League match at home to FC Augsburg, with the tie goalless after the first leg.

"I don't think anyone will understand how much it means to me to play football and I'll continue to do my best and focus on Liverpool.
"It's important to worry about the present. It has been a difficult time being injured but it is part of football and now I'm looking forward to the future, of course with Liverpool."

Sturridge, who has two-and-a-half years left on his contract, has scored five goals since April, when a hip problem forced him to have an operation in New York in May.

"That is what we needed: to hear from him not second-hand," said manager Jurgen Klopp, whose Liverpool side face Manchester City in the Capital One Cup final on Sunday.
"He has to start games to get in the best shape. He needs to play football and do the things on the pitch and we will be happy."

Camacho could prove to be shrewd - I don't see him as a starter but he's certainly and upgrade on Lucas and therefore would be the best DM at the club.

    Klopp has fixed sturridge.

    Genius coach.

Well..... just shows how idiotic Rogers was sending him off to yankland to train.

Klopp's just said hey you... preseason now... and waited til he was right.
