Seems that the LB/RB positions will be key (consencus of opinions posted in the last few weeks). What's your 1st line up prediction? This doesn't look too bad: Kenny Orr - Gabbidon - Gorkks - Hill Faurlin - Derry - Dyer Taraabt Bothroyd - DJ Campbell Subs: Smith, Buszacky, ****tu, Connolly, Helguson Orr/Hill tbc, Campbell signing to be done... Got me thinking whether he would stick a pacey Gabbidon as right back and bring in Connolly instead?
Think you got the personel bang on there Limetrees. Would have DJ as one of the 3 behind JB in the 4-3-3 that worked so well last season..... Not sure 4-4-2 works for us anymore
if you're playin DJ in behind JB, would you stick tarbs out wide then, or leave him the central berth to do what he wants?
i agree, but is this not gonna piss DJ off?................think he'd rather play up front with JB and get more goals?
Now you come to write it down that defence just does not look like PL standard by any stretch of the imagination. Does Gabbidon have any pace to make up for it's lack elsewhere? OneSize and Big Dan were our best combination for at least a month last term - wonder how that would work in the PL?!

Guys your getting ahead of your self here we have'nt signed DJ yet unless you know something i dont lets not tempt fate here.
i go with the same team as bakes , there is no way on gods earth that both will play behind the striker. I think you will ee us more 4-2-3-1 at home and 4-5-1 away. or even 4-4-1-1 away with tarbs playing off a front man .
