I actually saw some of it. A LFC site reposted some of his instagram posts and when you went on to them you see some fairly nasty stuff. Can't find the at least one racist comment I saw to confirm if it was a LFC supporter. Some is dubious whether it was a LFC supporter but others clearly were. But....if you go on his twitter account the worst I see is one liners about not hurting himself opening crisps, "can't wait for your two games a year" etc...the kind of relatively harmless...what we all did on here...
Log in to Twitter. Delete account. Never go back to it. Problem solved, young Daniel. I'm sorry, but if you're a a celebrity or big name for something and you're on social media, you're going to get plenty of good mixed with some bad. That's just the way the world is. Lots of good people and lots of ****tards. Can't handle it? Get off it. Also, I can't be bothered to check who, but there were plenty of people on the Sturridge watch thread saying we should get rid, waste of money on the medical bench, didn't want to play, wasn't right in the head, too much of a wimp, and everything else inbetween. Have they all cheered up now that he's played a game, scored a goal and didn't pull anything? Fickle as anything, unless they still want shot of our best player?
Has nobody noted his old v new accounts? noone? new ones have references to his clothes in them.. hmmmmm.....
Lol..i cheered up that he managed 2 full weeks of training and 60 minutes.. if he does that say once a week for say 3 months then I'll really be happy. As it stands he is still on course for being WC for his 5 games a season....the crucial difference between 7th and 6th...
I'm thrilled he's back. Huuuuuge bonus to the team. If he were consistently fit I suspect we'd easily be top 4. Not having a striker has enabled clubs to play against our weaknesses without fear. I'm also realistic and not expecting him to last too long. Unless Klopp and co. have cured the mental side of Studge I suspect he'll be out again before the season ends.
