    Lots of managers don't like to buy players in the transfer window anymore because they believe it's a bad time to sign a player.

    Can you tell me when can you sign a player
    I thought it had to be in the two transfere widows only .

    Thought Kone $ O,Shea did great together, Kone is massive and if and when we stay up he needs a partner with a CB brain on him. O,Shea doing a good job but there should be someone of a younger age capable of it at the right price
