There are ample media reports, information, interviews (as well as the real resulting US/Pakistan tension) which have claimed that something has happened. Something which is fairly realistic and probable. YOU are the one who is strolling in and claiming that they're lying. You have no real reasons or evidence to dispute the story. You're just disputing it because you're biased against the American Government and think that disputing every story gives you some higher level of knowledge above us mere mortals.

And you didn't 'question the validity'. You said that anyone who believes the perfectly reasonable story 'needs their heads sorting out'. That isn't questioning anything, it's just being an arsehole and insulting people who haven't disputed the story because they have zero reason to do so.

Well you can keep questioning whatever you like. Just don't start spouting your **** on here and don't start insulting people who choose to believe a perfectly reasonable story when they have no serious reason to dispute it.

Now take your tin foil hat and **** off <ok>

From what I know, Ranger is a bit of a ****, and doesn't look like sorting it out, so I reckon he will go, despite being a good footballer (ish? (just keeping it on topic).

To your question, Bolton is near Manchester, Wigan, Blackburn etc... in the north west. They took 4 points of Newcastle Utd so if you were an actual Newcastle fan you would know where we were.

Now stop acting childish and talk about the topic on hand. The fact that I put a <laugh> at a <laugh> comment is because I thought it was quite ironic and I wanted to show that I have just repped him.

    Cheers.

I agree Bolton are a better team than for many years I jumped the gun and thought you were a WUM. Now everyone is being unpleasant to me so you win holmes.

alright back to the point of the article... Think ranger has great potential (i know its a bit of a cliche but he does) he just needs to adress his finishing issue one goal will do it for him i think and then they will start flowing as hes got rid of the mental block + the telegraph journo on twitter seems to think erdinc is wrapped up, our strikeforce is looking good compared to others we're fighting with so lets all cheer up

It was going to be Gameiro and Gervinho a while back. How times have changed.

Our strikeforce looks horrific compared to every other in the league.

I'd say our strikeforce is actually on par, if not better, than Everton's.

Ba bagged 7 goals in 12 apps in a struggling West Ham side

Best bagged 6 goals in 10 apps

Erdinc (if we get him), who knows? Could be a 10-15+ goals a season striker. Carr rates him highly.

Ameobi can get 6-8 goals a season

Lovenkrands can also get 6-8 goals a season

Even a team like Everton can't offer a strikeforce which has as much potential and provides as many goals as we can.

Ben Arfa = injured and not exactly a striker.
Erding = not signed yet and not proven. Has just over 1 goal every 3 games in France.

I'm not even sure who most clubs have up front, Villa have Bent and Agbonlahor. Delfouneso too. And look like adding N'Zogbia to that. Fulham have Zamora, Johnson and Dempsey playing in advanced positions.

I'm trying to stay positive hoping that Demba Ba stays fit and his knees dont explode, at least we'll have one good striker up front!

But Best, Ameobi and Loven would barely be playing if we signed the others. And Best still didn't do much to convince a lot of people. Shola can be horrific so say he plays 10 league games, how do we know he won't score more than 1 or 2? Loven is past it.

Ba is a good signing, I think he'll stay fit as well.

Erding is very much 1 in 2-3 in France. Doesn't fill me with too much excitement.

I still don't know anything about Erding, only what the stats show me and he doesn't look too convincing, hope i'm wrong.

Ben Arfa hopefully is back soon and hopefully stays relatively injury free! Thinking he won't though :(

I think we could have a strikeforce that has potential to be good, but the way things are going at the moment it will go the other way.
