Yep. Also says she told him she was in year 10 - Couldn't of been that close to 16 then, more likely only just turned 15.

 

She was one month past her 15th birthday mate.

 

Even if she had deleted the messages I'm sure they would have been saved somewhere.

Definitely mate, every piece of data can be recovered. We used to get asians who'd change their sim cards every few weeks back when I worked counter-fraud. Thick bastards. It achieved absolutely nothing.

 

"Mentally ill" is just another man made construct as well though. What fits in, what doesn't. What gives people the right to label someone as mentally ill really? For example... A bloke on the street who doesn't really want to be alive, doesn't like his life, doesn't see it as worth living. In that situation we'd say he's mentally ill or going through mental health issues when you could just as easily say him not wanting to live is just common sense and him looking for a simple solution to a nasty problem. Our society loves to put a label on something it doesn't fully understand.

I'm not agreeing or disagreeing with anyone. It's just semantics. I don't think he meant any harm by his comment though.
