Who are you sources Warky? You definitely seem to be up to date with a lot of the transfers, however if your sources believed Keogh to be a "combative no nonsense centre half" then they evidently are not very clued up!

I can inform you that JWM's sources are from the transfer rumour site and therefor not to be trusted. We have been linked with over 200 players on that site in the last 3 months, so i'm guessing one or two may come true but very hit and miss. I seem to remember that JWM's last sure fire signings were Peter Whittingham for £1.5m and Billy Sharp for £3.5m. Not that i'm complaining as it keeps the excitement going and i do believe that SEB could well be on his way as i read it on the football rumours site, LOL!! No i really do think that SEB is a strong poss but not so sure about the attacking central defender!! HEHE!!!

    Ooh you are so cynical!

When we play Wolves on Saturday we might just get to see SEB play!

Keogh isn't a Franny Jeffers type playey, he's mostly played on the wing or in support of the striker, hence his poor goal scoring record. Don't rate him myself, too lightweight.

Well he is more like Jeffers than JET. Certainly not a tall, pacey, powerful player!

Don't think we need him anyway, see if anything materialises with the Wolves game coming up...

Was just reading warkys original post. Has described SEB as a perfect partner for chops, as he has HEIGHT. Now, either I'm a giant, or I'm picturing another player. In my mind he's short and quick, but very stocky.

5'10. Don't know that I'd call him stocky exactly, he's no Jason Scotland...

I presume we will be playing a 2-3-5 formation next season

Are you thinking of Richard Keogh? Now he is a Centre Half, but for Coventry City. Looks half decent but no Worldy. As for Ebanks-Blake at 5ft 10 I wouldn't consider him to be perfect foil for Chops being a mere Inch taller, although height isn't really everything, It's just I thought we were buying JET because he was an absolute Unit.
