Appreciate that its just paper talk, but Diame in particular has been speculated on in multiple papers today. His heads not here at the best of times, Saturday a case in point. Maybe our manager needs to take him aside and say, make yourself worth the speculation!!!

Some footballers can be led astray very easily.

Yes he as been to inconsistent its a problem position for us Akpom as been the same if we had a good forward to partner Hernandez I am sure we would have had another half dozen points on the board. On his day Diame can be great but on another day he looks poor and disinterested may be its because he his a midfielder playing upfront although I think it as more to do with his mood. Lets hope more consistency comes from one of them or Powell is the answer. Watching Diame before his injury I would say he his a decent premier league player but at this moment in time I don't think so.

It's just more made up bollocks in the papers.

Even if it wasn't made up paper bollocks, they aren't going anywhere until the next transfer window anyway

Not necessarily true, plenty of other leagues' windows are still open.

Diame has looked quite slow this season compared to how he was before the injury. Only around December we were told he wasn't fully fit still, but he must be by now.

Hernandez more or less saying he isn't happy then! Bruce has properly said,or had someone say, get your head down and someone may come get you. I notice he listed 3 Italian clubs to Italian media and properly wanted his old fans to think he misses them.

Suarez was quoted saying he was happy at Liverpool to English media. But I imagine he's happier at Barce

I think your reading too much into it. At no point did Abel say or infer he was unhappy at City. By stating that he first wants to help get us back to the prem and then play in europe for city or another prem team says that he wants to succeed at city, but if we don't get promoted and and offer comes in from another big club, be it here or in Italy, he will take up the best offer

What a load of bollocks, FFS, it was only a few weeks ago Diame was being touted as the great player we've been looking for in here, "back to his best," PL quality!" 1 game where he's quiet, the press come with a story that's been going all January & he's back to having his head turned, he's a bit **** anyway!
As for that Abel H interview, it doesn't say he wants to go to Italy. It says he wants to play in the PL with us & if we don't get there, then someone else or go back to Italy with 4 teams being an option, one of them because he has good memories there!
So much drama over a nothing story!

One paper prnts it, the others all repeat it, they claimed Palace we're going to bid for him all January, it was bollocks.

When it comes to transfer rumours, it's mainly smoke without fire.

I said a few games ago he was still looking slow. This whole stuff about Crystal Palace wanting to sign him in the Summer is irrelevant to that of course. Nobody wanted him this transfer window probably because he really hasn't been back to what we saw last season, at least not in the games I've seen.

[BUMMERSMODE] In an English translation it might seem that way, but the Italians refer to AC Milan with its anglicised title ("Meeelan"), so in Italian it could only ever mean one team. [/BUMMERSMODE]

I think it's interesting that he's quoted as saying he struggled at first, both in matches and training. I'd say it was the other way around, he looked great at first and struggled from 2 months in onwards.
