Whilst the win over Everton was a "bonus", victory tomorrow would be huge, and set us up nicely for 2 home games?
If things go well and we end up well in the table I will always look back at the Watford game as the fork in the road and a road well travelled from there .
Hope I can sleep tonight Looking forward to tomorrow's game more than any in some time. And with some confidence!
Would take a draw but we can win it. Why not? 3 wins on the spin with 2 winnable home games to follow....28 points on the board with 14 games left. We'd be in the driving seat in this relegation battle. We will give it everything tomorrow. Paloschi looks class as well.
I really think we have already turned the corner, and will at least get a draw tomorrow, though I have stuck my neck out for us to win 2-1........
Nice one Glam, he likes walking as well, when he left the restaurant he took the path over the cliff to Caswell, looked like he was really enjoying our Gower coastline..........
Well I hope the team are not as overly confident as some are on here , one step at a time please , a new manager with new ideas the players sometimes need time to adjust fully to what he wants them to do and just as importantly not to send mixed messages . Tonight for me we'll see what he's about ,up against a good manager who does well against us in terms of tactically nous. Looking forward to it but not the drive back if we lose (last year was painful)
Well, surprise surprise, guess what Lawro is forecasting: "West Brom have drawn a few too many games recently and have slipped down the table. They are only one place and three points above Swansea, who come into the game on a high after back-to-back wins for the first time this season. But I am not really worried about the Baggies because, with any Tony Pulis team, you always know that when they really need a positive result, they get one. Lawro's prediction: 2-1."
Yes, I saw that earlier. We're bound to win now. This from a Baggies forum: "I watched them against Everton and in the final 30 minutes their defending was excellent, it was like watching Tony Pulis at his best; sheer organisation and hard to break down. Add to that the likes of Siggurdson and Ayew and you can see them doing well. I would take a point as I think their league position is false under their new setup."
I have a similar feeling regarding the Sunderland game : We were the better team but totally screwed by abnormally awful refereeing. However, for the first time in a while we showed a fight and a belief that had been missing previously.
I get a feeling Gomis will start this game .....I better go lay down till the feeling passes or valley bans me for such a feeling ....lol. Serious though , I think he might get the call .
I hope to sh1te you are way off on this one Roof, If Paloschi doesn't start I would have Ayew up top and Paloshi on the bench and Gomis watching Gillette Soccer Special on his TV.
Well it isn't even noon and I'm half way through my Irish cream so you might not get the most sensible remarks
