I had fish and Seafood every day on hols. Je t'aime fish. Crab and mussels are two of my favourites. Swordfish, lemon sole and herring. Also partial to bearded clam. What say thee?
I love all the fruits of the sea except crab sticks. A dozen oysters on ice with a bottle of white & green tobasco for for this high class ****.
Scallops, prawns, mussels(especially smoked). As somebody has said, swordfish and monkfish are lovely. Unfortunately salmon can be disappointing if not done right, but the most underrated fish must be the humble mackerel(especially peppered). Grilled eel is also a winner(especially smoked)
