I do feel you deserved to go through (just) and I wish you all the best but I can't feeling a bit hard done by because our goal didn't look offside and your lad certainly wasn't fouled for the pen. I was sat in the main stand right in line with Lowey and he was on. Also seen the pen incident and to me it looks like your lad just ran past the defender, touched him and only had one thing on his mind and that was doing a Tom Daley. The offside was tight. I must have been opposite you and certainly the benefit of the doubt did not go to the striker. I do not think the lino can have seen at what point the initial shot was struck, and so the darting run by Lowe to redirect that shot would look off by the time the lino reacted. Should Lowe have left it? I thought it was already going to be a goal without his touch, but the highlights do not add any clarity to either this debate nor the penalty issue. The ticketing issue affected what should have been a nice day and the weather ensured that there was minimal risk of quality football breaking out on the pitch....
