http://www.southlondon-today.co.uk/...ked stability§ionIs=sport&searchyear=2016 I thought that was a pretty decent read by Igor. No punches pulled. It's worth noting in a separate interview that he mentioned "almost quitting" due to the pain he suffered in his groin.
Igor needs to put his own house in order first - he has contributed nothing for the last 15 months. Too many Big Macs.
Sure - but if he was in that much pain that will surely contribute to his lack of goal return. I fear he's playing catch up though.
As someone very much not in the know, I'd be inclined to give a player who many say was obliged to play while injured last season due to a wafer thin squad the benefit of the doubt. Let's face it, the club is hardly a model of efficiency, and our Belgian overlords would probably regard playing an injured player rather than bring in a loan a financial saving, so the story ticks all the boxes for me. In another club, I would be more inclined to look suspiciously at Igor, but we have been plagued with injuries, and our squad is always poor these days. The evidence is poor training and medical supervisión, and administrators with no football experience. Igor may have played overweight and off the pace, but players don't pick themselves.
