Looks like a deeper playing playmaker which would make the number 10 role redundant for me as you'd look to play 2 infront of him and let them get forward when they can, Brown and Armstrong perhaps?

Tidy player, but so was Crosas and he just couldn't do it in Scotland. For a small fee I'd take a punt but wouldn't splash too much on him as unsure what impact he would actually have.

We need pace desperately and this guy don't look to have it, we need a Brown box to box player with energy and a replacement for Wanyama.

Coincidence that the best few recent campaigns in Europe we've had Sno and then Wanyama in the team? A beast in the middle to win the midfield battle.

I'd rather spend £250k on Souttar as defensive midfielder. He's tidy with the ball and can play simple or even thread a decent ball through and get stuck in.

Patrick Roberts deal close, hopefully an 18 month deal as pointless for us having him 6 months just to develop a man city player....if it is 6 months bet on him starting every game due to some agreement in the background!

Colin Kazim-Richards? Ffs how many strikers are Celtic going to buy and move on 6 months later? Why not just buy one good one who can play for 2/3 seasons rather than a conveyor belt of ****e.

Why did they sign Cifti? It's not like he was an unknown. They knew what they were getting yet clearly Deila doesn't fancy him.

Scepovic, Cifti, kazim-Richards. How much will they have cost between them? Never mind how much of a wage are Celtic still paying them all for 2 of them to be playing for someone else. Imagine the fee and wage they could have offered someone half decent instead of that shower of ****e.

And don't get me started on the money spunked on bangura, balde, lassad, Miku etc.

I just can't figure out why Stokes gets sent out on loan and we bring in this ****? Stokes might be a bit if an arse but this **** makes Stokes look like a Saint.

stokes is never getting a game, so in that sense he has to go. he is though probably better than both cole and ciftci.

glad we got rid of ciftci, i read nesbitt has gone to thistle as well.

I have no idea why we have signed CKR though. he offers nothing and given we play one up he will be nowhere near the team.

I know Celtic have a limited budget but totally agree ...

    Ciftci - £1.5m
    Scopovic £2.5m
    Pukki £2m
    Bangura - £1.5m
    Balde - £1.5m

Cole -wages (5 to 10k a week at a guess?)
Colin wages (5 to 10k a week at a guess?)

Charlie Austin went for 4m ...just saying

    9m on ****ing duds <doh>

Some of those are Lennon's signings though, but it's still a lot of money to have spunked away. Doesn't even account for wages either.
