I wasn't serious I was wondering if they'd arrested a witness that didn't act or something. I guess passengers would be the same thing really.
I'd imagine that if you were a passenger in the car and you didn't come forward and dob in the driver, then you'd be an accessory or viewed as perverting the course of justice if you'd lied about the incident on record. They may not be charged after interview.
If you were a passenger in the car and didn't step forward then you're as much of a **** as the driver. But I say the same for any witness that doesn't assist too.
As I said... no manual clutch. The deliberate error was me saying it had a really heavy clutch. It was a test..... You didn't point this out yesterday when I asked but I forgive you. .. you had a big match to watch...
I think with 3 arrests they need to ensure that one guy doesn't say the other guy was driving. They need a long sentence each.
Might as well not have a manual if you have paddle gears. Where's the fun in paddles... (besides the bedroom)
Car didn't slow down at all. That was either a deliberate hit or gross negligence. If deliberate driver should go away for a long time.
I'd rather have half the horse power and a fully manual transmission than some computerised flappy paddle gear box.
150bhp and a 'stick' is called an average family saloon over here these days mate You don't have any corners over there, so taking your hands off the wheel isn't a major issue #boring
I don't live out West! # of corners is comparable to UK. Population density is much lower though... And yes, I'd rather drive a fully manual family saloon than an automatic sports car. I hate driving automatics.
