    All aspects of fresh , quality water will be front and centre the 2nd half of this century, with the financial cost to bring it to the public being compromised .
    How would you like to be a parent in Flint , Michigan these days .It was all fine and dandy when it was only a third world problem but it's coming to a Western country near you .
