As I live in France i don't get to go to many and have not done so for some time i am sorry to say (missing the title was one that that i regret) so i have to make do with TV and radio to fill the void.

I have noticed while i am watching soccer saturday that I dont just look for the Gills to win but I also take some enjoyment in seeing certain teams being on the losing side, these being the likes of Charlton,Swindon and Millwall (nothing personal guys BTW!!!!).

I was wondering if any of you lot have any other teams that you like to see get a bit of a hammering for whatever reason, for example your boss is a Portsmouth fan and the stingy git wont give you a pay rise or your neighbour is a Bury fan and the noisy buggy plays D n B at 3 am.

PS Charlton are going down------ Charlton are going down---- Charlton are going down --
    CHARLTON ARE GOING DOWN!!!

I too have become a supporter from a distance, have only got to 2 matches so far this season, my shifts have just been awful in terms of home games, so I am also a slave to watching match day via the media, internet in my case and yes I love to see the swine and Millwall getting a beating, along with whatever club fatty Evans is managing, the fact that it is currently dirty Leeds (I am just about old enough to remember Revie's team of thugs) is a bonus. And then there's Arsenal and West Ham two teams that just cant abide, so many gooners and spammers at work and they are worlds worst losers so I love it when they do

From a distance I too have my 'watched teams'. Of the top few in the Premiership I only watch Arsenal as Wenger has done a great job with the resources to hand (compared to other top teams) and attempt to play attractive football and do get undone at times too. (No complaints from me there).
It is just not healthy to have a run away team funded by bottomless pits of money.

As a southerner I follow Southampton, Bournemouth (for the reason that they have done so well since being close to death as a football club) and Brighton where I lived and worked for 20 odd years.

I wish defeat on all teams that can have an affect on the Gills position at any time and am hoping for a 1-0 win for the Posh (don't want to improve their goal difference too much) tonight.

Very disappointed with the official Gills site at present......had to wait two days for a math report V Posh, no match preview, and now no wall (which was a lifeline being away). Official site is now worse than useless and for news Gills Connect is more up to date. Gills publicity team...get your act together.
