United fans are generally generous to the opposition even when they are disappointed. Also remember the Kop applauding our lot after the draw there earlier on. United fans (and Reds) get a bad press because of the dickheads. Loads of them are very knowledgeable footie fans. In fact, my evening just got better as a United fan, whom I hardly know, has just gone to buy me a pint as he says our lot "****ed them today". Happy days!
Agree 100%. He made the free space. Before the delivery McNair was marking him. McNair went ball watching as it came over, trying to get to the danger before Charlie. It left Austin in space as he deliberately checked his run. Also, don't be surprised if that wasn't played for. Jose played shotgun and took several defenders with him while jumping. It was a very good set-piece.

LVG could see that Wanyama and Clasie absolutely bossed the first half and gambled on a more attacking player negating the physical battle. Worked for 3 or 4 minutes until Koeman adjusted to a defend and counter setup.
Heard the game on World Service and very pleased with the result. So a blank weekend coming up, so perhaps RK should take to guys on a week's break somewhere nice and sunny, and take in a trip to Barcelona so that the team and squad can continue improving their footballing education.
I was thinking of a training camp somewhere like Marbella. Have Saints started to play without the fear factor of failing, with the result that the fans are seeing improved performances. And how much has the return of Fraser impacted on the team. Not a goal conceded in 270 minutes!!
