been at a lesbian wedding today. tuned in quickly... heard Lowes say the name Gouffran.... tuned out assuming we were losing...
Think l said that, woeful for professional footballers not to be able to do the most basic things, like head a ball properly, l guess they don't want to mess up their hairdo or risk a little headache.
I owe JPF a huge apology. Mitrovic really isn't a footballer. Thing for me is how we haven't bought a left back since Enrique left (Santon's a right back), and how we knew on the 1st Sept we needed a CF, it's now one week til the window shuts and all we've managed to do is offer some cash for Lacazette. Again.
who the fook that andre marriner thinks he is .. cant stand him .. i decided never ever watch a match he is in control of ever again ..just hurry up so i cant see his ugly smurky mug ever again .. rant owa
Charnley, Carr and McClaren need to be lynched. How many ****ing chances did we miss today? If Wijnaldum doesn't turn up, we struggle to score. They need to buy a ****ing goalscorer. Not a ****ing prospect. A proven goalscorer. It's a simple ****ing concept.
It shows how crazy this season has been that we're not dead and buried yet. That just makes it even more imperative that we get a goalscorer and proper defender in during this window. Real proven players who will make a difference. Not holding my breath though.
Surely the cost of relegation far outweighs the cost of a proven PL quality goal scorer . When you look at it in those terms, then no fee could be too much, no wage demand too greedy if survival is the goal they claim it to be. Seems to me that if they want Berahino, who may have done well today in that sort of game and with those chances missed. Then they should offer an amount that Peace cannot refuse. Same with Townsend if he is seen as important enough. Who cares if people laugh or say we have been legged over. We will surely have the last laugh by staying in the PL.
to be fair the assistant ref was at fault for the 1st goal the watford player comes back from as offside position and was still offside when the ball was kicked shocking officials yet again saying that Marriner was letting fouls go that he was booking players for when we had him against Arsenal at home and yet he booked Mbemba for a nothing foul (his first)
mate hes a cock . so inconsistent doesnt even look fit enough to run aboot ...he just walks .. the man just does me heed in ..lol
You cannot keep blaming the officials, Newcastle were still in the bloody dressing room when the game kicked off, and not for the first time. Jeez when are the silly sods going to wake up literally. If it's not just before the break, then it's in injury time, they cannot keep switching off like that. Rant over
sorry but I don't buy that I wouldn't talk about the officials if they did their job right the team must have had the assisitant in the dressing room as well because he wasn't up with play either can anyone name a time where we prospered from a wrong decision ??
Yes plenty of times recently when players could have been red carded and weren't. Reckless tackles in the box that were penaltys but weren't given. Some harsh ones against too, but that's how it goes. This team loses concentration too often and that was my point. Yes decisions go against us, but on the whole we go against ourselves even more so.
nah we never had a goal thats won a game that was offside many times .. if they cant do there job they should not be there full stop . as it stands that was the goal that got them 3 pts ..well done linesman ..when are people going to realise that officals in this league are diabolical
If we had Berahino today, we'd have faired much better. The pitch necessitated playing very direct to overcome the bobbling, But we were still pissing about with it between Janmaat and Sissoko, which almost cost us twice in the first half. Playing passy with a slow, witless fatso upfront is pointless. Pace over the top and balls into the channels was required. Like I said, Watford knew the conditions, we took too long to adapt. Perez was more lively when he came on, but again a lack of end product from the young man. At least he can score though.
Slow witless fatso with no effort. If he tried, and harried defenders, I would have more respect for him, but he just meanders around.
Since the pitch was completely relaid just over a week ago and Watford's players had played no more time on it than you lot, what you said is wrong - totally. It was exactly the same for both teams. Watford conceded an offside goal against Spurs on Boxing Day, so, if the first goal was offside - which is debatable - then it evens things out for us.
