Yes because it's useless to head a cross from a standing position so if it doesn't come in early when he's attacking the space then the better option is the cut back

He's so unlucky Liverpool have the most ******ed players who cross when they should pass and pass when they should cross

Don't think it is that one sided but the point about team mates helping him is valid.

    Smacks of lack of communication.

Do they all not go over this in training????

If as Mito has suggested it is Klopp asking him to come out to the 18 yard line then is it to create space for late runners past him.

    Problems:

There are never any late runners.

The ball rarely comes in...wide players come inside and shoot or run into defenders.

Tonight (opposition well in mind) was the most I've seen us put balls in both in the air and along the ground and even then I was critical it didn't happen enough.

Or shock Klopp's told him where to go and the others need ten touches in either case.

We are not ever hitting the runs he makes that are in front of guys that could be delivered from deep.

We are not moving it and crossing out wide when in good position

We are not even cutting back well from byline cos ibe got there several times and did nothing.

The one time we did benteke Fed in smith and he hit allen who scored.

If I can see time after time after time where a ball can be played can nobody at lfc not see this on the analysis?

How can we not be able to deliver a single set piece? Not one. It's awful.

I don't get this in them cos it's very basic stuff.

    <ok>

I wanted Ojo on but not for allen.

I wanted ibe just to deliver one so said teix off.

I'm glad he got one in the end. I like teix but he's never making it cos he's just going to be monstered off it in prem.

I like them all but they have to do a lot more to make it.

    Keep working at it.

Tex continues to impress whenever he plays - he and Allen surely must be in contention for the first team.

Smith is good going forward but I have concerns about him defensively - let's see if he is able to attack when he has to defend a lot more as well. He's nowhere near Moreno yet. Randall needs to retire.

Ilori didn't have much to do but did it well. Enrique needs to clear off.

Thought Stewart was pretty decent today - did the grunt work and won the ball back well.

Ibe continues to frustrate! And Ojo certainly looks the biz. Looking forward to seeing him develop - will be interesting to see which position though - he's played on the wing and he's played CM.

Thought Pedro looked assured when he came on as well.

Good performance by the youngsters. <ok>

2 goals and an assist for the Pirlo in his last three appearances. Start the God.

I like Teix also, but so much competition in his position. He will have to do very well to succeed with us.

Hopefully if he does move on we will get the good dollar unlike how Pacheco and Suso moved on.

Incidently, after Suso's mare at Milan, he has now moved to genoa and did this on his second start:

Good to see him playing again

We have not lost a game this season in which Enrique has played CB.

CBs have to be Enrique and Toure

    Just saying

    No he didn't.

He tried way too hard and frankly and honestly they've told right off at 2-0 and let him have it so it came off.

Yep people are always frustrated like today and Leicester and Sunderland when he wins us the game but not by as much as they think we should

I'm more frustrated when he doesn't play and we don't win
