Grifter Chopper *****ose with mag wheels I never got much new from my dad, he always bought second hand. He got me a new racing bike one year for christmas and I was pissed because mountain bikes were popular. I spent more time in the fields and the woods than I ever did on concrete so I thrashed that thing pretty quickly. Everything I got new I bought myself from the catalogue and paid weekly with paper round money. That certainly taught me the value of money because there was no way my parents would bail me out if I missed payments. New mountain bike, 14" colour tv and my Master System were all catalogue purchases. My dad always said if you can't afford it, you can't buy it and I still don't like using credit now....smart man.
I still indulge, bloody 25p now. A sure sign middle age is approaching when you start winging about inflation...
I can get curly wurly's and stuff from the British shop down the street from me, had one a couple of weeks ago.
Whoever thought that recording, let alone releasing this noise was a good idea in the 80's needs tracking down and given death by public stoning imo... Bananarama... wtf was that all about?
Oh and it get's worse, much worse. Let's just say there must have been some strong gear about in recording studios in the 80's... Also anyone who is found to have any of this bile on their laptops or on CD should have all their audio playing equipment confiscated, also a life ban from any sort of music purchasing!
