Dean Hammond re-signed on Loan for Adkins. great player. On Ramirez, this shouldn't really be that newsworthy. Could have been so good, didn't turn out that way, disappointing but we should have been over this a couple of seasons ago.
Isn't it interesting how fans have such varying views on a single player? Yet they all seem to have one common denominator and that is in this case the player did not fit in. However, why would some not wish him well at his future club? How is this or that person then held responsible for anyones failure to make the grade? Have these people never bought something that has not worked as they hoped? Don't get me wrong I was not a great fan of Cortese or Lowe come to that. However I would be prepared to acknowledge the good things these guys did and except that with hindsight they got some things wrong. After all it is a wonderful thing this hindsight thing isn't it?
Not a surprise to me. He never really fit in here, which is a shame because he has skill and had potential when he joined, but as less of a team player (preferring to try to score himself rather than making easy assists) he got left out a fair amount of the time. Probably a good move for him to go to Bologna. Its not like we're going to miss him as such, as we have prowsey and tadic
Best for all concerned that he moves on. A few good games, a decent goal and an unnecessary red card for an elbow is about all I can remember. Not exactly a legend- other than the thread.

Not if he is going to the club he would want to play for anyway. He would basically sign pretty much the same contract for Balogna that he would sign six months from now. Only now Balogna gets him half a season earlier, he minimizes risk by taking contract in hand and can start his new chapter sooner. Saintz hopefully save some in wages. Imagine it is similar to how we got Austin so cheap. We kind of paid 4m to get him here early, and to not have to chance something happening in summer. But it doesn't happen unless we were already on Austin's shortlist.
