As I said, there are several concept electric sports cars out there which I wouldnt say no to. The French one is just the one I happened to see on TV. Peugeot can make a mean racing car when they set their minds to it (rally cars for example), otherwise they're not much different from any other standard car manufacturer these days. I reckon they should force electric cars to have speakers playing engine sounds when driving in residential areas, give you a warning they are coming. Sneaky bastards they are.
I refuse to believe France is capable of producing a decent car! Coz they're French. No other reason is or explanation is needed! Gorgeous women, great wine, great crime movies, great cheeses even! **** cars!
They (Citroen) dominated the World Rally Championship for years, prior to VW fetching the best driver to their team. The 205 is one of the greatest hot hatches ever built as well. Wouldn't touch a standard road car made in France mind, ugly as sin and full of bulky plastic pieces inside.
Sorry to be the one to confuse you with facts , but in 2004 to 2012, the WRC was won by a Frenchman driving a Citroen (who are owned by Peugeot)..... or to confuse you even more, the "Diesel car of the Year" by diesel car magazine was won be the Peugeot RCZ 5 years in a row... mind you, I've got 2 Skoda's, so what do I know
