Lots of loan interest in Luer according to twitter....Bruce weighing up whether to let him out (Matt Dean)
I do find this a stranger one, a young and up and coming player who plays up front, an area we are not blessed in riches and SB is thinking of letting him go out on loan, that leaves us with one firing forward(Abel) plus Akpom and Diamie as a make shift forward, what I've seen of Luer he's just as good as Akpom, very strange.
He should have gone out on loan already, he's not getting a look in for us, Bruce is obviously just waiting to make sure he can bring in someone else first.
Matty Dixon to York City is a surprises I really thought he could make the step up with us. That is a really good signing for them.
And so much for our snapping up lower league talent. York's Ben Godfrey in talks with Norwich. Has links to Hull too.
If Bruce is considering letting Luer go out, then surely he must at least have hopes of another striker coming in?
letting Luer go out only if we get someone in makes sense to me although I would put a call back option in the deal, its exactly what Luer needs, game time and not in the under 21's he needs a better standard of football which would bring him on for the future with us
We have one proven striker currently on form. Getting another one in during January needs to happen, easier said then done I accept.
He's going to be the next of many that haven't made it here , within a year or so luer won't be here and it will be on to the next kid we have high hopes for not to make the grade
Confirmed - Norwich City have completed the signing of highly-rated York City midfielder Ben Godfrey.
Robertson has a year year extension option in his contract so he'll still have 2 years left after this season. The same as Maguire and possibly Livermore & Snodgrass.
Southend United have completed the loan signing of West Ham left-back Stephen Hendrie. Horrible trackie bottoms Brownie... please log in to view this image
Matt Dixon: York City sign Hull City midfielder on 18-month deal League Two side York City have signed Hull City midfielder Matt Dixon on an 18-month deal. The 21-year-old made his debut for the Tigers in the League Cup first-round tie against Accrington Stanley in August. Dixon was captain of the Championship club's under-21 side. He could make his debut for the Minstermen, who are bottom of the Football League, in Saturday's match against Newport.
Remember when Flathead went to Leicester and all of a sudden they wanted to buy the squad and in doing so caused unrest, City are falling for the same old **** again this time from Derby. Why can't we go and say, we want to discuss Martin or somebody else and let the papers know!!!! or are we too nice...
