He did not let us down for sure, but its a risk to play him too often, yes they are paid a lot of money, but we need to manage carefully or we are sunk imo. i would bring Coates in against the Spuds and keep Wes as cover, its really trying to spread the load and target the six pointers.
Well, call me mr miserable but I would go there and kill the game to see if we can nab a point 5 at the back, resting M'Villa and Defoe (bench) Its all about the Bournemouth game for me
It's too gray an area for me, when the bookies are picking the parameters for something like that they can't be trusted to pay out. One of his own team could jump on his back or rub the top of his head and those **** wouldn't pay out. Nice bet if they could be trusted.
Newcastle and Leicester have both been and beaten Spurs in recent weeks, you shouldn't be resting any players, they're not unbeatable. If AFCB come and take 3 points off you at The SoL after you've rested half your team and got beat off Spurs, then what?
Yep, he passed it off to one of his co-writers so he can kick back for once. I in turn will do the same.
Good point Terry, we are not in a situation where we can let a game go by just because it's going to be hard, we have to put a shift in every game and scrap for every point, I still think we will finish 15th, which is what I've been saying all season.
Fair point But there is more chance of getting something from Bournemouth than there is from Spurs Sam will play the odds
Besides, the benefit of a confidence surge from beating Spurs on their own patch could make the difference to your season. Imagine the opposite effect, a trouncing, what that could do to confidence... you have to go for it.
Totally agree with TJ - this is not a match to sacrifice. Defoe needs to start he's on a roll and I bet would love to score against his old club. As for not celebrating - can't see that happening
While lady luck is looking down on us it would be rude to snub her! Go for the win tomorrow! I'll be watching with a spud so bragging rights are on the table!
Didn't AJ get a couple of assists the other night? I didn't see the match or much of it at all so excuse me if I'm wrong.
I'd tyek some of tha action, any dyah o the week, lads! Sounds leik a canny good bet. (I hope I said that right, chaps!)
I'd like to see us set up similar to when we played Palace. Defend well and hit them on the break. I'd be happy with a draw.
See, you should have said that like this:- "I'd leik te see weh set up similar te when wi played Palace. Defend well an dunsh them on the break. I'd be happy wi a draa ." Ahm beginning te think tha you're not a Sunlun supporter, affta aal , RTB, but a glorying hunting, plastic, leik .
