    Have you ever been truly ashamed of yourself?

    Not just a bit guilty e.g. I had an afternoon off and managed to knock four out but was too empty to service the wife the same day (true story) but something utterly heinous.

    Feel free to use code names or the ever helpful "some bloke I know" if it makes it easier.

    Confession is good for the soul.

    Shame only lasts about 10 minutes for me. Couple of Diazipan and even the most heinous actions can be rationalised.
