QPR officials last night returned to France on transfer mission SPORT WITNESSSport Witness Football View Discussions Queens Park Rangers sent officials to the game between Bordeaux and Lorient last night according to reports in France. The Championship side have already sent scouts to watch Bordeaux this season. Bordeaux’s official website have confirmed QPR were on the scouting list last night to watch the league cup game between the two Ligue 1 side, and they were joined by West Ham, Arsenal, Sunderland, Borussia Dortmund, Real Sociedad and Wolfsburg. There have been no reports to who the West London side were watching last night, but this is the third time scouts from the club have attended a Bordeaux game this season. Earlier in the season we covered reports that QPR attended the Europa League clash between the French club and Sion. They then followed this up by returning to France when Bordeaux took on Caen last month. Again there were no claims who they were watching, but there is a possibility they are monitoring a player from Bordeaux. Bordeaux have also been scouted by a number of other English sides this season including Manchester United, Man City, Arsenal, Everton, Swansea, Tottenham Hotspur and Sunderland.
Odd know one knows (or even suggests ) who we are watching? Gone quiet on the Italian full back front too (Motti??) I hope it is all going on in the background
very odd looking for a new god but will buy some poor xxx probabley 6ft5inches tall striker i bet and he wont get the ball in the net because poor les isnt a manager im sorry to say untill we get rid of him in this division we stay
We're nailed on to get whichever player(s) we want. As long as all the other clubs looking at them conclude that they are ****.
polter is the worst player ive ever seen in 55 seasons he has even been worse than zesh rainman who is a player who i thought would never be eclipsed, but watching him against hull i was shocked to see he couldnt receive the ball from the left hand side or from the right hand side and he couldnt recieve a pass from midfield because he didnt even have basic ball skills ,he cant run down the wing and cross the ball, what an absolute donkey what was ferdinand thinking when he signed him I realise ferdinand is useless but even he should be able to watch a player and realise that he was very poor i have no idea where we are going to end up with this terrible management running our club
Given man of the match and I think you must have missed a few games, maybe seasons in that time and must never of heard of Bob Malcolm to start with
never knew there was such a thing as a scouting list does it come with free tickets to all European games nice work if you can get it
'Again there were no claims who they were watching, but there is a possibility they are monitoring a player from Bordeaux.' Got to love the standard of this reporting.....after writing that we have been to watch Bordeaux 3 times already surely this is stating the bloody obvious?! Or is it just that the scouts love holidaying in Bordeaux?
Great highlights. You can imagine his hold up play working really well alongside Austin. Let's hope we see it in the second half of the season.
Would rather we didn't sign anyone unless they're extremely cheap, young and will actually play. I'm hoping most of the efforts this month are to rid us of the dead wood. As for Polter, he's won me over.
Personally would prefer tried and tested English players who want to play for the badge. So many teams think going abroad is the solution and you end up with a team like Newcastle.
You now have your very own "Ted's threads", but yet you still post these repetitive posts on any thread you are wumming !!
