... two 19 year olds playing down the left and acquitting themselves admirably ... we really have come a very long way in a relatively short space of time ... Ronald Koeman wouldn't be complaining at our academy set-up methinks
Gray did much better then I'd though he would do - I know a Brum fan and he said that he wasn't playing well for them and was more annoyed by the fee then that he was leaving them.
Spurs dominated that first half but great defending by us to restrict their chances. Drinkwater hit a great volley from outside the box that was saved. Can see Inler coming on - probably for Kante who was uncharacteristically anonymous.
We all knew you'd be found out with your fixture list over the end of December/beginning of January. You are now dropping like a stone with a pathetic points haul. It just shows you can't compete: Chelsea (h) WON Everton (a) WON Liverpool (a) LOST (and got hammered 1-0) Man City (h) DREW Bournemouth (h) DREW Spurs (a) WON A measly 11 out of 18 against a stack of low ranking teams plus a promoted side, you must be ashamed of your team. Keep it up!
We actually have been shocking. Not really clicked this season but have ground out second place so far despite many poor performances. Whereas you've been a genuine revelation.
Love this description of the goal from BBC GOAL - Tottenham 0-1 Leicester Robert Huth (83 mins) please log in to view this image Reuters Now then, how about this for a goal at the top of the table! I love a header like this as Robert Huth doesn't have to jump to meet a corner, he plants his feet, flexes the neck, leans back and then bullets a header into the top corner from 12 yards out. Unstoppable! And the goal here -
I fuchin' love Fuchs!!! ... great team effort again ... rode our luck at times no doubt .. but we are just so competitive ...Kaspar makes an amazing save from Kane, but on the other hand ... how the fook did that ball stay out of their net ... I counted 27 blocks (or something like that)
