I actually admire Fellaini for actually trying to play football. He's not succeeding, but at least he's trying to dribble, take players on, and move forward. Fair play

I thought it was a penalty.

 

The ball ricochet's off Fellaini at an awkward angle (not even on target) and deflects onto his arm at close range. I just don't see it as deliberate.

Maybe but he's looking at Fellaini with his arm extended at an odd angle with the rest of him being nowhere near the ball. Might be harsh in some eyes but has only himself to blame.

 

If Rooney's regular passing was like his cross-field hollywood passes, we'd be winning 3 or 4 nil.

It doesn't have to be deliberate.

If you raise your arm and block or deflect the ball away from its target in the penalty area it's a pen. Simple.

As for Savage and his 'you have to be looking at the ball' ****e. Spare me.

 

Coloccini clearly handled the ball. Should be another penalty.
