I don't think its that bad a signing.

He's had experience at this level at a **** team so it may work better for him in an average one.

Ultimately its low risk being on loan and not much money.

Also important is the fact we are massively up against it fixture wise and need a defender right now.

With this in mind he must have been the best available.

    Worth a go.

What's the point in appointing one of the best managers in the world if your recruitment strategy is just to buy the expensive players everyone agrees is fantastic and who have been succesful at every club they've played for?

Anyone can do that (apart from Van Gaal).

Hmmm chance would be a fine thing. Just ONE player everyone agrees is fantastic would be nice <ok>

What's the point in appointing one of the best chefs in the world and giving him a freezer full of frozen vegetables and a packet of turkey ****ing twizzlers <doh> That's pretty much what this is....here you go Chef Klopp....cook something Michelin starred up with this ****e <laugh>

did i suggest that in any way but Caulker has been on a downward slide for a years
personally ,as i have previously stated , i'm opposed to the constant churn of 7-9 players each season at least half of which are financial disasters

i used to be a chef, and swear at anyone who asks me if this is suitable for freezing lol. i know that didn't really have anything to do with your point lol.

i think chef klopp needs to work out what spices he has to work with that will do him good long term and add that little bit of extra spice each season that will enhance the flavor until we have that fecking michelin star, as all we have been served for so long is cold porridge.

Makes a change for us to get something from a sale of an ex player. 30% sell on clause is good business for an average midfielder who always promised to achieve but was far to inconsistent.
