Oh well, it looks very much like Charlton are going into their 15th game with the clueless Shakin Stevens lookalike pretending to be in charge <doh>

Who knows what exciting formation Carol has in mind for tonight, maybe 1-1-8 bearing in mind we need a daunting looking 30 points from somewhere.

David Wagner's Huddersfield have shown signs of improvement in recent weeks, at the end of the season we will look back with regret at fixtures like this where Warnock or Pearson could have got us 3 points, but Carol Clueless didn't.

    PS:

We have sold 97 tickets for tonight, and I salute each and every one of those proper people for going. They have been royally shafted.

Could be an "I was there" night, a bit like the Wycombe game under Uncle Les. If I was going I'd dread the journey home.

Ordinarily I would have jumped at the opportunity, but I've not done one away game this season. Last it halved, and so forth since these Belgians took over.

I might go to once where 90 odd people go, and make a banner saying, I Woz Ere

I'm really not bothered about the game - which means we will probably win.

The shocking thing is we are only 1 point from safety despite being absolute sh*t for four months

We are fortunate that the teams coming up weren't able to invest much in the summer. Bristol is a concern due to their financial backing - but they appear to be having difficulties convincing players to join.

It's a mini league of 5 now to avoid the drop -

    Us
    Bolton
    Rotherham
    MK Dons
    Bristol City

The other 4 have an advantage - a qualified manager who understands how to set a team up. How long will Meire leave it?

She doesn't realise she's doing wrong. This is the same woman who said every sacking has been justified because the replacements are better.

    From Ollie Predicts:

    Huddersfield v Charlton, Tuesday 7.45pm

Charlton fans aren't happy, and rightly so. The club is struggling on and off the pitch. They've only won two of their last 22 games - that's pretty frightening.

Why don't they give the job to Chris Powell? He knows the club inside out, the fans respect him and he won promotion there in 2012. The owner, who we don't know much about, seems to have only a handful of managers that he's comfortable with. Jose Riga apparently is about to make a return. He kept them up in 2014, but why did he leave and go to Blackpool? You'd have thought the owner would have died to keep him. I'm very shocked that he's going back there.

It's impossible to fancy Charlton to get a positive result at the moment.

    OLLIE PREDICTS: 1-0

For the last two months or more, he's been heavily involved in promoting how we hate our owners and how bad they are doing. Changed my opinion on Holloway a bit.

I heard he spoke very well pre Ipswich. Seems to be one of the media individuals who's actually done his research.

Plus he pretty much relegated millwall so he's fine by me.

It's going to be a loss for us irrespective. Also think that results are going to go against us.

Rotherham vs. Brighton will end in a 2 - 0 win for Rotherham. Redfearn has changed them around at home, undefeated in four home matches. That could have been a good manager to bring in for us.

Huddersfield vs. Charlton 4 - 0 loss. They're undefeated in three home matches and four total.

If Bolton steal a surprise victory over Wendies we'll be bottom of the league. That much said, we're going to be four points from safety come the end of the day.

I can't see us scoring, but Udders aren't all that great, so I'm going for a 2-0 win for Udders, a result which should earn Carol a stay of execution, because it will be 2-0 at H/T, and in the second half we'll have a shot at goal. The fans will celebrate by singing We Had a Shot, so Carol will tell The Supreme Leader that we won the second half and the fans are ecstatically happy.

7/1 for the first goal to be between 41-50th minute. We seem to concede in the 44th minute of every game, so not a bad odd.

Even if we lose tonight Katrien will still count it as a "success" because Bolton will still be bottom.

when we lose 4-0, we'll have played well for the 86 minutes where we didn't concede a goal. something to go on... take with us into the next game.

When we lose tonight; the club should change their website and take Tony Watt the f*** down off of it. Seriously, he's been gone what. Two or so months. And he's on it? Especially now considering the deal is supposedly done with Cardiff for £1m.
