I think it's safe to say it was an experiment so that Neil can see what the formation might be like if he feels the need to try something very new in the league. I think the experiment went well. We know not to use it (against the likes of Man City at least...) Unfortunately I think the prevailing feeling before the game from most of us on here was that it was very unlikely we were going to make much of an effort here, so it was really an opportunity to try something different, give some fringe players a run out (who by the sounds of things acquitted themselves ok in the circumstances) and generally move on to more important things
Saw this earlier. Pete O'Rourke @SportsPeteO Leicester manager Claudio Ranieri says he would not stand in the way of Andrej Kramaric leaving the club on loan in January. #LCFC All I know is he's a Croatian striker and a loan until the end of the season would maybe facilitate selling / loaning out either Grabban, Hooper and/or Lafferty?
Didn't he flop in the Premiership. That's why he's never playing? Don't think I'm keen on that. I think he's suppose to be a talented player, but could be another RVW on our hands.
Maybe, but as we appear on the 'strapped-for-cash' side as a club, I'm feverishly trying to think of some ways of getting perceived ballast off the payroll, so we can strive for that elusive CB we seem unable to locate!
There's talent there, he scored a lot of goals in other leagues. He turned down Chelsea for Leicester. Juve and Inter have been linked to him. It's only the fact he has struggled in the league we will need him in. Would be a risk. Not the worse player compared to some I've see us linked with.
If it means we could offload Grabban and/or Lafferty comfortably because we aren't so worried about being short on strikers if we have an injury, then I would be comfortable with it. However, I would hope we would take him on loan with an option to buy, because the last thing I think we should be doing is getting a player into PL quality for the benefit of Leicester who (IF we stay up) I anticipate we will be competing with next season. That would be gifting them a replacement for Vardy when he's sold.
I don't think he has much of a future at Leicester. http://www.hitc.com/en-gb/2015/10/2...react-on-twitter-to-andrej-kramarics-perfo-1/ http://talksport.com/football/juven...andrej-kramaric-leicester-misery-151207176936
The Eder from Sampdoria rumour has reared its head again. I'll believe he's a realistic target once he's wearing a Norwich shirt on the pitch!
Not wishing to 'scare-monger' at all, but just seen this - retweeted by Michael Bailey of the EDP. Watch this space, as they say..... Ed Aarons @ed_aarons 8m8 minutes ago Can confirm Lewis Grabban has signed for Bournemouth from Norwich for £8m. Due to be announced soon #afcb #ncfc
I know who my money is on for a goal this Saturday ? Afobe and Grabban for sure ! I know he's **** but can't believe it, he'll score goals for the cherries probably enough to get them finishing higher than us now this season. I'm just hoping this means we've got someone other than Just Naismith coming in up top?
Just out of interest, if we sign a really good CB who would be dropped, Bennett or Bassong? I personally want Bennett to keep his place.
