Not many options then. Mignolet Clyne Ilori Toure Moreno Can lucas Allen Lallana Firmino Milner If Ilori can walk...
You might be right. Realistically it's only a week since last first team game so what you've lined up has to be very close. We've not had an update from Klopp on henderson or sahko so until we hear their condition in the press conference we won't be able to tell what we will do. I can only see those two coming in but the questions will all be about sturridge. We are in the dark until we find out about those players. If sahko is back then I think we are OK, though lacking subs. If shako is not back we are not going to be able to play Ilori for full 90.
Pretty certain we are going to get a hiding from the goons I just can't see past a loss, hope I'm wrong but this could get embarrassing and my loins are in agreement.
If we can't raise our game for a visit of arsenal, then we are ****ed. A high tempo physical match, with everyone giving 100% not 90% as Klopp would say. Benteke playing when all the others are rested against Exeter shows what Klopp thinks of him. Again I can see the team without a striker up front. 2-1 should be possible
i am hopeful of a draw lol. we have beaten arsenal before when it never looked likely, maybe they might turn up already thinking they have the pts and get too arrogant and make mistakes, just whether we have any decent strikers to capitalize on it
Not really. Cos what it showed was the team Klopp wanted to play v stoke mostly. I am 100% certain firmino will play false 9 again but.... not sure what we will do regarding Coutinho's side. Milner in?
Unless some of the injured players make a miraculous recovery we do not stand much chance against Arsenal or even Utd. The gooners have a few important players out but better quality than we have to replace them and that is the difference in the squads.
I agree with you that we face a tough match against the gunners. But against a poor boring Man United at home ? Surely we shouldn't have much trouble against a team that has struggled against a league 1 side with a full strength side and only managed one shot on target?
They will be up for it against us and will play the best game so far this season. They will then revert to being crap for the rest of the season except for Chelsea and City.
